A Moment with your Galveston wedding planner

This weekend J + S tied the knot off the island....yeah we occasionally leave the island to plan Moments.  I met J a few years back, when she taught middle brown girl in the fourth grade and we bonded over that time. Fast forward to "the call" that would begin the wedding planning journey. We kicked over tons on locations, spent hours searching for inspiration and the final product was the culmination of our brain storm. AND we are excited to share the non- pro sneak peek with you.

Favorite thing Friday

I am getting better at this blogging ..." I think". Today is "favorite thing Friday" I will be sharing a few of my favorite things that I hope inspire you during the planning process of  your Moment. There are so many new trends with events... colors, favors, linens you name and I probably love it !!! So today I thought I would share one of my favorite things the color, purple. I LOVE IT ! and the movie too.  It's known to be the color of royalty, luxury, sophistication and wealth, that alone makes me love it all the more. It also boast many names eggplant, violet, indigo, plum, magenta.. ..you get the point . It can be combined with a wealth of accents to create a beautiful color palate for your celebration or home grey, white, green, blue ,gold . I can see a few of these in my minds eye....family, friends, food and the color purple not too much can top that combination for me. I wanted to leave you inspired by the color purple and all of its possibilities.....

C + M were married on  Saturday, November 5, 2011.  During our initial consultation the bride expressed her love of the color purple and the peacock feather. We would brainstorm details during the planning process incorporating the "theme"  from the invitation to reception color . The professional images have arrived and it brings me great joy to share them with you.
