Galveston wedding planner highlight's The Garten Verein

I will tell you that one of the very first events that we planned on the island, was at the Garten Verein. In all honesty, my first impression was not great I termed the space " a bird house" the room in my mind was not functional for creating great floor plans. The planning for T+E 's moment was great, but the floor plan did give me a few head to desk days. LOL ! In retrospect I believe it was just that the space was new to me, and the learning curve. The open airy space, combined with the stunning wood floors easily allows clients to fill the space with the unique details for their moments  . Here is the quick 411, the space easily accommodates 250 seated guest, once you rent the space it's yours to do as you please, literally any vendor that you select can work the space, and did we mention Kempner Park ? It's a stones throw away from the Garten Verein and is perfect for out door ceremonies. Tall Ship Elissa Galveston Wedding of A + A

I met with Amanda and Austin last year,  we chatted wedding details easily over coffee at the local Starbucks.  They had already starting the planning and needed a bit more assistance finalizing the details of their Moment. Amanda wanted a fall inspired wedding filled with rich purples, burnt oranges, and pumpkins. Early on A + A decided to tie the knot on the deck of The Tall Ship Elissa

( pretty cool right ? ) After months of planning,  their moment finally arrived and it was perfect if I do say so myself .... it even managed to give the newly weds a little "good luck " with the sprinkle of rain. Congratulations to A + D

I wanted to take a  few Moments to say that I am not sure exactly where the time went over the past year of planning, but it's going to be AMAZING! At this time your  preparing to walk down the aisle to start your new lives together. I wanted to take a Moment to say that we wish you love, laughter and happily ever after.

Moments Event Planning and Design in Style Me Pretty

We are SUPER excited to share our recent debut on Style Me Pretty . Bonnie and David were great clients to collaborate with, very easy going and fun loving. They exchanged vows on a warm spring day in Galveston, Texas at St. Joseph's . The intimate ceremony followed with a cocktail hour that included margaritas and mariachis in the park, afterwards guest were invited in to enjoy dinner and dancing. I loved every detail of their Moment, and I hope you do to ! (again) Here are a few of my favorites!

A + A Real Bishop's Palace Wedding

There is something magical about summer days on Galveston island.  A + A threw a gorgeous wedding at the historical Bishop's palace, the simple but chic decor was the perfect compliment to the space. Our couple exchanged personal vows on the staircase landing, as guest took in the details that were carefully crafted by A and her attendants. To put it mildly this Moment was stunning. We wanted to wish the two of the many years of happiness and love. Congratulations A + A.
