We love the details behind every moment that we have had the ability to collaborate on, and K + B's moment at the Gartein Verein was no different. Who would have thought that a chance meeting between two neighbors would lead to love. The couple selected the islands historic Gartein Verein simply because it was beautiful space on the island. They filled the space with decor items inspired by Disneyland ( the details included fast pass seating, tables named after rides, signature drinks, and even included a unique hashtag #Billandkimsadventure. The couple chose to exchange vows literally in a circle surrounded by family and friends, it was symbolic of the support they had given the newly weds..... LOVE ! The professional images from C. Barron Photography have arrived and we are excited to share them with you. Enjoy !

Bryan Museum Galveston wedding of D + F
Dani and Francis decided on an intimate wedding from the start of the planning process. They wanted to feel connected to each guest in a personal way. The two met while weight training, and as they say the rest is history. We searched high and low before laying eyes on The Bryan Museum it's the islands newest wedding venue and let me tell you ...it's a STUNNER. The couple selected a modern color palette of black, gold and cream ...oh so SEXY for a wedding right! The moment has passed but the memories will last for a life time and we are excited to share a few of them with you.

2013 year in review ....Moments with your Galveston wedding and eventplanner
This year has been AMAZING we have had the opportunity to plan some great Moments with our clients. We wanted to say thank- you to each of those who entrusted us with the details of your celebrations. We also wanted to take the opportunity to look back over the past twelve months and share the details with you all once more. Our first event of the year was Ralinda's quinceanera, she is a beautiful and fun loving young lady, her parents selected us to plan and create the look for her day. I can tell you that I had never attended at quince or planned one until this, I learned so much about the rich Hispanic culture and why this is such and important time in a young woman's life. I will tell you that my absolute favorite thing was the ceremony at the church....just a WOW moment for me. After the ceremony guest were invited to dinner and dancing. And they had the floor FULL all night. It makes me gush all over again, so with out further delay.

wedding invitation 101
As a wedding planner one of my favorite details is the wedding invitation. It's the first glimpse into your wedding day, and every detail sets the tone. We have all received that invite that made you swoon, as you impatiently counted down the days to the celebration. We wanted to share a few tips on creating the perfect invitation for your Moment. We suggest researching styles and budget 8 months prior to your wedding date, and narrowing them down to your top three. Once you have found the one, the next step is determining who will be inviting your guest.Traditionally it was the brides parents who extended the invitation but with the changing times it's not uncommon to see the couple inviting guest along with their parents. The next step is selecting the specific invitation wording, design, and assembling the guest list. Remember it's ok to add embellishments from ribbon, to branding and beading it's the big little detail. Once you have selected those details next is stuffing and mailing them out to your guest 8 weeks prior to wedding date. Then..... the buzz starts around your moment. Nothing like receiving calls from guest who are excited about your celebration, because they received beautifully crafted stationery. Now for a little eye candy......
vintage glam sets the tone for a romantic celebration
boarding pass invitation is perfect for a destination or travel themed wedding
this piece is stunning makes you want to mark your calendar for this moment
